These terms of service (“Terms”) cover your use and access to the services, products and websites (“Services”) provided by In Car Solutions.
Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your order or using www.incarsolutions.com.au. These Terms and Conditions contain important information about the ordering, processing, fulfilment and delivery of goods, including limitations of liability
These terms and conditions together with your order constitute the entire contract between you and us for the supply of products and/or services. No other terms will apply except where terms may be implied by law. The contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email.
By using our Services, you’re agreeing to be bound by these Terms, and to review our Privacy, Delivery & Returns, Payment Information and Warranty Policies. If you’re using our Services for an organisation, you’re agreeing to these Terms on behalf of that organisation.
Use of Website
When you use our website or Services, it is on an “as is” basis and is entirely at your own risk. We shall not be responsible for any detriment incurred by reliance that you place on our website or services.
You will need to register by creating an account with In Car Solutions in order to obtain access to certain services, including products. If you choose to create an account with us, you agree to provide only accurate, complete registration information, and you will keep that information up-to-date if it changes. When you register, you will obtain unique log-in credentials (a user ID and password).
You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your user ID and password secure. If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or that your user ID and password are no longer secure, you agree to notify us immediately
Changes to Information
In Car Solutions may make changes in the products described, and to other content of the website, at any time without notice.
We make every effort to ensure that products and information on our websites are accurate. However, as we are human too, sometimes inaccuracies, typographical errors (aka ‘typos’) or misinterpretations may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors as they are identified.
All images on our website are in our catalogue are for illustration purposes only. They are representations only and the actual part may vary.
The price displayed for products on our websites, or in our catalogue, represent the full price inclusive of GST (Calculated 10% Goods and Services Tax). The product itself does not include postage or delivery, which will vary depending on the size of the order (See Shipment Details Page)
We always seek to provide products at the most competitive prices and reserve the right to change prices displayed on our website for our products at any time.
All prices listed on this website exclude Delivery Costs. Delivery Costs are shown separately at the checkout page.
From time to time, we run sales and promotions on items. Please note we cannot offer discounts on pre-existing orders placed before the item is on sale.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to place an order with us online. We do not knowingly accept orders from anyone under 18.
By placing an order online with us you acknowledge that you are over eighteen (18) years of age.
Should we suffer any loss or damage as a result of a transaction entered into by a person under the age of 19, we reserve the right to seek compensation for such a loss or damage from the parents or guardians of the person who placed the order(s) with us.
By using our website, you consent to receive communications electronically via email and/or phone. We will communicate with you by email, phone, or by posting notices on our website.
In Car Solutions does not purchase customer contact information. Any information received by us is only obtained as a result of customers directly giving us their details and will be handled in accordance with our Terms and also Privacy Policies.
We respect the intellectual property of others and ask that you do too.
Material contained on our website may be protected by copyright. You may use the website for personal and non-commercial purposes. You must not use, copy, distribute, transmit, store or publish and material on this website without prior written consent.
Our website and the products, technologies and processes contained on our website may be the subject of other intellectual property rights owned by third parties. You agree that no license is granted to you in respect of those intellectual property rights other then as set out in these Terms.
Our registered trademarks and logos or any other registered trademark and logo on our website must not be used or modified in any way without obtaining prior written consent of the owner of the trademark or logo.
To purchase from us online you must establish an account with In Car Solutions. This account may be established through our website.
We retain sole discretion in relation to, refusal to allow an account to be established, and/or to terminate accounts, and/or remove and edit account details.
You agree to provide accurate information to us at your own discretion. To establish an account with In Car Solutions we do require an email address, delivery and/or billing address and telephone number. It is your responsibility to keep these details up to date any incorrect information provided may result in a delay in delivery of your order or non-delivery of your order. You are responsible for the safety and security of your account password.
You may only have one active account and your account is non-transferable.
You’re free to stop using our Services at any time. We also reserve the right to suspend or end the Services at any time at our discretion and without notice. For example, we may suspend or terminate your use of the Services if you’re not complying with these Terms, or use the Services in a manner that would cause us legal liability, disrupt the Services or disrupt others’ use of the Services. We reserve the right to terminate and delete your account if you haven’t accessed our Services for 12 consecutive months.
Currently we offer the following payment options:
Shipping and Order Tracking
Please contact one of our staff via our contact us page in regards to product returns.
Please choose our items carefully before making your selection and proceeding with your on-line purchase order as we do not refund for change of mind or vehicle incompatibility.
We are only able to accept a product for a refund, replacement or credit where there has been a major failure, such as:
- When the product has been assessed and found faulty.
- The product has been wrongly described.
- The product differs from the sample provided.
You have 30 days from delivery to request an exchange, refund or store credit. Refunds will be processed within 5 business day once the item has been received.
In Car Solutions offers product application as a guide given to us by the product manufacturer. In Car Solutions is not liable for products not being compatible with your vehicle due to many application issues and running vehicle changes. Please confirm with In Car Solutions if you are unsure of vehicle application.
In Car Solutions may offer a refund at its own discretion however all discretionary refunds carry a 20% restocking fee and all freight/postage fee’s must be paid/covered by the customer.
PayPal / Afterpay fees are not covered by InCarSolutions on returns unless the product is deemed faulty.
In Car Solutions takes no responsibility for a product lost in transit when being returned to the address below.
All products sold by In Car Solutions are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty in which In Car Solutions is authorised to offer as an Australia retailer of all products we sell.
Warranty items will be assessed by either In Car Solutions technical staff or the manufacturers technical staff before a claim can be approved.
In addition to the standard manufacturer’s warranty, In Car Solutions may offer an optional Extended Warranty on certain items of which you may like to take advantage of.
Conditions of warranty:
- All warranties are a back to base repair warranty unless specifically specified by the manufacturer.
- Proof of purchase must be shown in order to claim warranty.
- Warranty claims must be within manufacturers given time frame.
- Warranty claims must meet manufacturer’s warranty conditions.
- All products come with a minimum 12 months warranty.
- Return of products for warranty is back to base as such return freight is at customers expense.
- Any Manufacturer’s Warranty or Extended Warranty offered by In Car Solutions applies in addition to and applies alongside Australian Consumer Law.
Optional Extended Warranty
In Car Solutions offers an optional Extended Warranty on certain items, when the goods purchased are installed by on of our preferred retail partners.
This extended warranty is an additional service offered by In Car Solutions to allow our customers to have peace of mind that the product they are purchasing are going to continue to work for the desired period of use.
In Car Solutions strives, to the fullest extent possible, provide accurate and updated content on this website. Unfortunately, there may occasionally be price changes, sold out goods and other unintentional errors on our site. We reserve the right not to be liable for these errors or changes and neither In Car Solutions, nor any employee or representative of In Car Solutions will be liable for damages arising from the use of this website or the products sold here.
Changes to Policies
If In Car Solutions makes changes to any terms or conditions of this Privacy Agreement, the changes will be posted in this document.
We may change, modify, add or remove portions of this Agreement at any time, and any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted unless we advise otherwise.
Let’s try to sort things out first. We want to address your concerns without needing a formal dispute. Our staff are human too and sometimes they do make mistakes and sometimes misunderstandings do happen.
