How Do I Order?

Simply click the green 'add to cart' button on each product you wish to order, when your ready click the cart at the top right and follow the checkout process.

How Does Click and Collect Work?

Simply select Click and Collect on checkout if available.

Once your order is picked in our warehouse we will notify you for pickup.

Pickup is normally available 1 - 2 hrs once we receive your order.

Pickup is made from our Kilsyth, VIC warehouse and is available
Monday to Friday 9am - 4:45pm. No weekend pickups are available.

Can I Call You To Place An Order?

Unfortunately no. We are a online e-commerce store only.

Do You Ship Outside Of Australia?

At this stage, we only ship within Australia.

How Can I Pay?

Payment is made on checkout using PayPal, Afterpay or credit card.

How Do You Ship My Order?

All orders are shipped using StarTrack Australia courier service. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday normally will ship the same day.
Weekends it will be send on the next business day.

How Long Does Shipments Take?

If your order is placed before 2pm, all regular orders will take between 2-3 working days depending on where in Australia you are.

Heavy orders (subwoofers, large boxes) will take between 3 - 5 working days however sometimes this can be quicker. It all depends on your location and the couriers delivery load.

Can I Track My Order?

You most certainly can. Once orders are packed and ready to leave our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking details. All tracking details can also be found in your "My Account" Page.

Can I Pick The Item Up?

Currently, click and collect is available for Melbourne metro customers only. If Click and Collect is selected, we will contact you with further details once your item is ready for pickup from our Kilsyth, VIC warehouse.

Do You Have A Showroom?

No sorry, we are strictly an online business.

Do You Offer Trade Pricing?

For Businesses with a registered ABN, we can offer a trade account if your looking at purchasing regularly.We don't offer trade pricing for one-off sales.

How Do Rewards Work?

Every purchase made on's web store gives you 1 Point added to your account after purchase.
